(Glaze Dental Depot Div. of Laxmi Dental Export Private Limited) The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall apply to any person ("User") using the services of Glaze Dental Depot, Div. of Laxmi Dental Export Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Glaze Dental") for making bill payments through an online payment gateway service ("Service") offered jointly by ICICI Bank Ltd. and the Payment Gateway Service provider, through the Glaze Dental website (https://www.glazedepo.com). Each User is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
A. Privacy Policy
Glaze Dental respects and protects the privacy of individuals that access the information and use the services provided through them. Individually identifiable information about the User is not willfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving the User’s permission, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy describes Glaze Dental’s treatment of personally identifiable information that Glaze Dental collects when the User is on the Glaze Dental website. Glaze Dental does not collect any unique information about the User (such as the User’s name, email address, age, gender, etc.) except when the User specifically and knowingly provides such information on the Website.
Glaze Dental may send emails and other communications to the User from time to time, informing them about various services, features, functionality, and content offered by Glaze Dental's website or to seek voluntary information from the User.

B. General Terms and Conditions for Online Payments
Once a User has accepted these Terms and Conditions, they may register and avail the Services. A User must register on the Glaze Dental website in any manner specified by Glaze Dental.
Glaze Dental’s rights, obligations, and undertakings shall be subject to the laws in force in India, as well as any directives or procedures of the Government of India. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be in derogation of Glaze Dental’s right to comply with any law enforcement agency’s request or requirements regarding any User’s use of the website or information provided.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision. The remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and Glaze Dental. Any printed version of these Terms and Conditions shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent as business documents generated and maintained in print.
The entries in the books of Glaze Dental and/or the Payment Service Providers regarding transactions shall be binding on the User and shall be conclusive proof of the genuineness and accuracy of the transactions.
Refund for Chargeback Transaction
In the event of a chargeback claim by the User, the User must immediately contact Glaze Dental with their claim details and request a refund from Glaze Dental alone. Refunds will be processed by Glaze Dental via payment gateway or other means deemed appropriate. Refunds or chargebacks should not be claimed from the Payment Service Providers.
Refund for Fraudulent/Duplicate Transaction(s)
If a fraudulent transaction occurs due to misuse of card or bank details by a fraudulent party, the User must directly contact Glaze Dental for resolution according to their policies.
Server Slowdown/Session Timeout
If the Website or Payment Service Provider’s page is experiencing server issues, the User should check if their Bank Account has been debited before initiating a second payment. If the account is debited, the User must not make the payment twice and must contact Glaze Dental for confirmation. If the account is not debited, a new transaction can be initiated. Under no circumstances will the Payment Gateway Service Provider be held responsible for duplicate transactions.
C. Limitation of Liability
Glaze Dental provides the Service as a matter of convenience. Glaze Dental expressly disclaims any claim or liability arising from the provision of this Service. The User agrees and acknowledges that they shall be solely responsible for their conduct, and Glaze Dental reserves the right to terminate the User’s rights to use the Service without prior notice.
Glaze Dental and/or the Payment Service Providers are not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, delays, or omissions in data, information, or messages transmitted or delivered, or any loss or damage resulting from such inaccuracies, errors, delays, or omissions.
Under no circumstances shall Glaze Dental or the Payment Service Providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Service.
D. Miscellaneous Conditions
Any waiver of rights available to Glaze Dental under these Terms and Conditions shall not imply that such rights are automatically waived in the future.
The User agrees that their personal data, including debit card/credit card details transmitted over the Internet, may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft, or fraud, and that Glaze Dental and the Payment Service Providers have no control over such issues.
Although reasonable care has been taken to protect against unauthorized use of information transmitted by the User, Glaze Dental cannot guarantee that the use of the Service will not result in theft or unauthorized use of data over the Internet.
E. Debit/Credit Card and Bank Account Details
The User agrees that the debit/credit card details provided must be accurate, and the User must not use a card not lawfully owned by them or that they do not have authorization to use.
The User agrees to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details for payment. The User confirms that they are fully entitled to use the card or bank account and authorizes the debit of the nominated card/bank account for payment of the selected bills, along with the applicable charges.
F. Personal Information
The User agrees that Glaze Dental and/or the Payment Service Providers may collect, use, and disclose personal information in connection with security investigations or law enforcement requests.
Any communication sent by the User via email to Glaze Dental implies consent to release the information contained therein. The User agrees to be contacted by Glaze Dental via email based on emails they have initiated.
G. Payment Gateway Disclaimer
The Service is provided to facilitate access to view and pay bills online. Glaze Dental and the Payment Service Providers do not make any representation other than what is specified on the Website for this purpose. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that their use of the online payment Service is at their own risk and responsibility.
